Job summary

Grundfos is seeking an External Sales Team Leader CBS in Italy to lead a dynamic external sales team, drive regional growth, and strengthen customer relationships. You’ll work to implement effective sales strategies, coach a high-performing group, and coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Internal Sales to ensure success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience with 2+ years inpeople leadership or sales management.
• Experience achieving/exceeding sales targets in field sales.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and talent development capabilities.
• Experience managing geographically dispersed or remote sales teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Professional English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in international environments.

Responsibilities
