Job summary

Grundfos is seeking a Sales Manager, Water Utility for Centre/South Italy. You will lead a high-performing team across central/southern regions, building strategic relationships with utilities, distributors, and public authorities.

You will develop annual plans, forecast targets, and drive growth in the Italian water utility and irrigation markets. You will leverage deep market knowledge, implement data-driven sales strategies, and mentor the team to exceed ambitious revenue goals, while

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience with leadership
• Residence in Toscana, Campania, Lazio, Marche, or Abruzzo
• Strong knowledge of Italian water utility and irrigation markets
• Experience implementing sales strategies in complex industrial or manufacturing environments

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve revenue targets in the Italian water utility market
• Develop and execute annual sales plans, budgets and forecasts
• Drive customer engagement and manage the pipeline using CRM-based tools and data-driven decision making
• Build and maintain relationships with water utilities, distributors, design institutes, consulting firms and public authorities
• Align customer segmentation with Grundfos's sales strategy and business objectives
• Monitor accounts receivable and support collection activities to ensure healthy cash flow
