Descrizione del lavoro

Marken, UPS Healthcare Precision Logistics, is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage goods receipt and outbound shipments across ambient, refrigerated, frozen, or cryogenic environments. You will ensure documentation alignment with SOPs and upload temperature data into Maestro, supporting KPI targets and GDP compliance across Marken branches.

Competenze

Experience with GDP/regulatory requirements and regulatory processes.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations and shipping practices.
Customer service mindset and ability to coordinate with internal teams.

Mansioni

Ensure shipments are prepared on time and meet specifications.
Oversee packaging requirements (Credo & Bio boxes, Dry Vapor shippers) with supervisor support.
Coordinate with Marken teams to meet client/service demands.
Deliver exceptional service to external and internal clients.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in daily tasks.
Supervise third parties to maintain compliance and performance.
Develop plans with LATAM and Global Marken leadership.
