UPS Marken, the clinical and advanced therapy arm of UPS Healthcare Precision Logistics, coordinates air export shipments and manages bookings, rates and routes to improve speed and reliability. The role requires strong regulatory knowledge and precise documentation across a global network.

You will monitor shipments from origin to destination, issue pre-alerts, and collaborate with carriers and internal teams to meet tight deadlines while maintaining data accuracy in the Maestro system.

Competenze

• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of customs operations and related regulations.
• Minimum 2 years in export freight forwarding or logistics coordination.
• Strong knowledge of air export regulations and documentation requirements.
• Experience with AES filing and export compliance processes.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of air export shipments.
• Ensure bookings use current rates; consolidate and route shipments.
• Monitor outbound shipments from origin to destination with timely updates.
• Send pre-alerts and shipment notifications to offices and agents.
• Communicate with carriers, customers and internal teams on status and schedules.
• Maintain shipment data in Maestro; track milestones and route legs.
• Verify export documentation; coordinate with Customer Service for missing info.
• Handle AES filings in compliance with export regulations.
• Build relationships with internal teams, overseas offices, and service providers.
• Support continuous improvement in production, productivity and quality.
