Element Logic is seeking a Solution Designer in Reggio Emilia, Italy to translate customer needs into scalable automation concepts, blending AutoStore, robotics, software, and material handling systems.

You will analyze data, design CAD layouts, simulate performance, and define ERP/WMS integrations, collaborating with sales, software, and delivery teams. This permanent role offers a gross salary of €49,000–€66,000 per year.

Competenze

Engineering degree or equivalent technical expertise.
Analytical skills and experience handling large datasets.
Proficiency in English and Italian; strong communication skills.

Mansioni

Analyze customer data and operational requirements to design automation solutions.
Create layouts and simulations for AutoStore and material handling systems.
Develop CAD-based layouts and 2D/3D drawings for implementation.
Define integration concepts between automation, ERP, and WMS systems.
Prepare technical documentation and customer proposals.
Present and defend technical solutions to customers and stakeholders.
Support pre-sales activities and collaborate with software, robotics, and delivery teams.
