Job summary

Element Logic is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth across Italy. You will own the sales process from opportunity creation to closing, shaping forward-looking strategies with the Managing Director, and building long-term partnerships in the North Italian region.

You will manage a robust pipeline, present automation solutions, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Solution Design teams to deliver high-value outcomes.

Qualifications

• Requires 4+ years in sales of warehouse automation solutions.
• Bachelor or equivalent in engineering or business preferred.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and distribution center operations.
• Fluent Italian and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within warehouse and logistics.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to contract signing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored warehouse automation solutions.
• Present Element Logic’s technologies and value proposition to prospective customers.
• Prepare competitive proposals and pricing balancing customer needs with profitability.
• Maintain up-to-date sales activities and opportunities in the CRM.
• Travel regularly within Italy and internationally.
