The Social Hub (B Corp™) is seeking a friendly Waiter/Waitress in Florence, Italy. You will move between tables, bar, and kitchen, delivering confident, fast, warm service as part of a close-knit team committed to great guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in hospitality or a strong willingness to learn, excellent English and Italian, and a tidy, professional appearance. A supportive, lively place to grow with attractive discounts across Europe.

You’re the energy in the room and the friendly face guests remember. As a Waiter/Waitress at The Social Hub, you keep service flowing with confidence, speed and genuine warmth. You’ll jump between tables, bar, kitchen and colleagues, keeping everything smooth, connected and fun. Our guests come from everywhere, and you love making each one feel at home. What You’ll Have

• You have a natural feel for hospitality and love creating good moments
• You bring 1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience, or strong enthusiasm to learn
• You have great communication skills and enjoy connecting with people
• You manage multiple tasks without losing your cool
• You speak English and Italian; any extra languages are a plus
• You take pride in a clean, professional appearance
• You bring a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a supportive team
