The Social Hub in Belfiore is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the dining room, ensuring a smooth flow and warm, attentive service at every sitting. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager and help new team members find their rhythm to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of experience in a senior waiter, barista or bartender role.
• Confidently lead a team during service and maintain composure when busy.
• Clear communication and ability to guide the crew on the floor.
• Attention to detail and consistency in service.
• Genuine hospitality energy and guest-facing mindset.
• Lead by example and work well with diverse teams.
• Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages a plus.

As our Restaurant Supervior, you'll focus on creating a smooth flow across the dining room, helping the team deliver warm, attentive service throughout every sitting. What You'll Have

• You have 1-2 years of experience in a senior waiter, barista or bartender role
• You bring confidence leading a team during service
• You communicate clearly and stay calm when things get busy
• You have an eye for detail and keep service consistent
• You bring genuine hospitality energy and enjoy being guest-facing
• You work well with different teams and lead by example
• You speak English and Italian, extra languages are a bonus
