The Social Hub in Firenze is seeking a Waiter/Waitress to bring energy and warmth to our guests. You will alternate between tables, bar, and kitchen, ensuring smooth service and a welcoming environment for a diverse clientele.

We value 1–2 years in hospitality or a strong enthusiasm to learn, with excellent English and Italian language skills. A friendly, professional appearance and team spirit are essential for this role.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience or strong enthusiasm to learn.
• Fluent in English and Italian; other languages a plus.
• Strong communication and people-skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure.

You're the energy in the room and the friendly face guests remember. As a Waiter/Waitress at The Social Hub, you keep service flowing with confidence, speed and genuine warmth. You'll jump between tables, bar, kitchen and colleagues, keeping everything smooth, connected and fun. Our guests come from everywhere, and you love making each one feel at home. What You'll Have

• You have a natural feel for hospitality and love creating good moments
• You bring 1-2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience, or strong enthusiasm to learn
• You have great communication skills and enjoy connecting with people
• You manage multiple tasks without losing your cool
• You speak English and Italian; any extra languages are a plus
• You take pride in a clean, professional appearance
• You bring a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a supportive team
