Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience in strategy, organizational transformation, analytics, impact evaluation, technology, or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to translate sophisticated analysis into practical strategic decisions and to lead cross-functional initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Define organizational strategy and guide resource allocation based on evidence and impact.
• Evaluate global portfolio initiatives for effectiveness and strategic alignment.
• Develop an intelligence function to monitor trends, risks, and opportunities across relevant domains.
• Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership and program design.
• Establish an organization-wide impact measurement framework with KPIs and methodologies.
• Lead tech-enabled transformation including AI adoption, automation, and data integration.
• Oversee development and adoption of technology solutions to improve workflows and decisions.
• Collaborate with IT and regional leaders to ensure secure, scalable data systems.
