Job summary

Antal International Network seeks a senior leader to build and own the Italian market for an AI-powered influencer marketing platform. You will drive commercial strategy, partnerships, and local growth with visibility to founders and executives, shaping market positioning and go-to-market playbooks.

You will develop strategic deals, manage a robust pipeline from prospecting to close, and lead a local team as the business scales in Italy.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in cultivating strategic client relationships
• Experience within media agency ecosystem with a broad network of decision-makers
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management with senior-level influence
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build a market independently

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a robust commercial pipeline from prospecting to close of strategic partnerships
• Establish and expand relationships with media agencies and brand partners
• Own the full client lifecycle, driving retention and expansion opportunities
• Provide market feedback to leadership and product teams for ongoing development
• Partner with leadership on commercial strategy, market positioning and growth for Italy
• Build, mentor and lead a local commercial team as the business grows
