Job summary

Prada Group is seeking a visual merchandising professional to carry out store fit-outs and maintain high-brand display standards in a luxury environment. You will implement VM guidelines, update displays via the Display APP, and collaborate across departments to optimize customer flow and sales.

The role requires a creative mindset, strong communication, and proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator. English fluency is essential, with additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in visual merchandising, luxury/fashion preferred.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Creative mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
• International or regional experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Carry out store fit-outs within defined timeframes per VM guidelines.
• Participate in fit-outs of other stores in the city as needed.
• Update the Display APP with photos of displays and changes.
• Collaborate with Retail Merchandising to drive traffic and sales.
• Guide Store/Department Managers on product display.
• Provide feedback on results to VM and Retail Merchandising.
• Support Events and PR for in-store activities and press events.
• Coordinate with Client Service Development/VIC for private appointments.
