Crédit Agricole SA cerca un/una VIE a Milano per contribuire al finanziamento di immobiliare residenziale e commerciale, finanza corporate, lombard/securities based lending e HoldCo finance.

Avrai responsabilità di analisi finanziarie, preparazione di documenti di credito, e collaborazione con Wealth Managers, Risk, Legal e altre funzioni, lavorando in un contesto internazionale dinamico.

Competenze

• Master in Finance, Economics o Management Engineering con specializzazione in mercati finanziari.
• 0-2 anni di esperienza nelle analisi finanziarie e valutazione di solvibilità.
• Capacità di lavorare in sinergia con il team e rispetto delle scadenze.
• Proattività, precisione e desiderio di apprendere.
• Ottima conoscenza di Office, in particolare PowerPoint ed Excel; buone capacità analitiche, di sintesi e di scrittura.
• Fluenza in inglese.
• Conoscenza di Real Estate Finance considerata un plus.

Mansioni

• Analizzare la situazione finanziaria di clienti/prospect e valutare la migliore strategia finanziaria.
• Preparare analisi, report, pitch-book, term sheet e materiali per clienti e prospect.
• Preparare documenti di credito e richieste di finanziamento.
• Interagire con le principali divisioni della banca durante il processo di credito.
• Assistere nell’esecuzione delle operazioni e documentare i progetti con reporting strutturato.
• Gestire rischi e conformità per cliente e banca in base alle normative.

The resource will actively participate in the deployment of the business offering (residential and commercial real estate finance, corporate finance, lombard/securities based lending, HoldCo finance), supporting the local team in the day-by-day activities.

• Analyze the financial situation of clients and / or prospects and assess which extraordinary financial strategy best fits their needs.
• Prepare analyses, reports, marketing pitch-books, term sheets and related materials to be delivered to clients and prospects.
• Prepare credit papers and financing transaction requests.

Interact with other key divisions of the Bank along the credit process (Wealth Managers, Risk, Legal Team etc.)

• Assist in the execution of deals.
• Document projects and activities through a structured and regular reporting.
• Document and maintain the knowledge of the financial situation and the needs of the Client, taking into account at the same time financial, professional and personal aspects.

. Identify and manage all risks and compliance issues for the client and the bank, based on latest regulation given by competent national and international Authorities as well as the Group.

MILANO

master's degree in Finance, Economics or Management Engineering with a specialization in financial markets

0-2 anni

Expertise in financial statement analysis and creditworthiness assessment

Ability to work in synergy with the Team

Ability to match deadlines and to be accountable for individual projects to be developed with a good and increasing degree of independecy

Proactivity, accuracy, desire to learn, sense of responsibility

Excellent command of Office tools, in particular Power Point and Excel; Excellent analytical, synthesis and writing skills

Fluency in English

Knowledge of the Real Estate Finance business would be considered a plus
