Indosuez Wealth Management in Milan is offering a VIE position to participate in deploying the wealth management business, focusing on residential and commercial real estate finance, corporate finance, and Lombard/securities-based lending, including HoldCo finance. The role supports the local team in day-to-day activities.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics or Management Engineering with specialization in financial markets.
• 0-2 years of experience in finance or related field.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Real Estate Finance is a plus.

Mansioni

• Analyze the financial situation of clients and / or prospects and assess which extraordinary financial strategy best fits their needs.
• Prepare analyses, reports, marketing pitch-books, term sheets and related materials to be delivered to clients and prospects.
• Prepare credit papers and financing transaction requests.
• Interact with other key divisions of the Bank along the credit process (Wealth Managers, Risk, Legal Team etc.)
• Assist in the execution of deals.
• Document projects and activities through a structured and regular reporting.
• Document and maintain the knowledge of the financial situation and the needs of the Client, taking into account at the same time financial, professional and personal aspects.
• Identify and manage all risks and compliance issues for the client and the bank, based on latest regulation given by competent national and international Authorities as well as the Group.
