Savills Investment Management in Milan offers a six-month, full-time paid internship to support the Risk Management and Valuation function in Italy. The role focuses on data collection, analysis and reporting to strengthen risk oversight of real assets.

You will assist with valuation validation, risk indicators, stress tests and regulatory reporting while developing advanced Excel skills and English communication in a global real estate platform.

Competenze

• Degree qualified (Economics and Finance and/or Master in Real Estate Finance) with quantitative aptitude and analytical approach.
• Analytical skills and entrepreneurial attitude.

Mansioni

• Risk data collection, input and analysis using Excel.
• Support valuation of invested assets and validate market values.
• Calculate key risk indicators for managed AIFs.
• Perform sensitivity analyses and stress tests.

Opportunity:

This is a 6-month full-time paid internship working out of our Milan office.

Job Purpose:

This role will support the Risk Management and Valuation function in Italy.

Responsibilities and Tasks include but are not limited to:

• Risk analysis: collection, input and elaboration of data with excel files
• Valuation analysis: support the team in validating the market value of the invested assets
• Calculation of key risk indicators for managed AIFs
• Sensitivity analysis and stress tests
• Counterparty Credit Risk Assessment
• Reporting activity (group and statutory/regulatory): input and preparation of the various reports (quarterly and semi-annual)
• Maintain / review data in the information system and database used by the risk management team
• Any other related task as required by the head of function
• Support to risk analysis activity required by Group policies and standards from time to time

Requirements:

• Degree qualified (Economics and Finance and/or Master in Real Estate Finance), with an aptitude for quantitative techniques, an analytical approach to completing assignments and strong attention to detail.
• Analytical skills and entrepreneurial attitude.

Skills Required:

• Strong IT & Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Good time management and the ability to prioritise tasks.
• An ability to work on a diverse range of ongoing projects and tasks (as above).
• Able to write and communicate in English fluently.
