Intesa Sanpaolo Group in Milano invites recent graduates to join the International Banks Division, Structured Loans desk, for an internship focused on debt structuring and financial analysis. You will support financing solutions for corporate clients across Europe and the Mediterranean, assist market research, analyze financial statements, and help prepare multi-year business plans and presentations.

We seek Economics or Finance graduates with strong English, solid analytical skills, and

Competenze

• Degree in Economics, Finance or related fields.
• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• English language proficiency both written and spoken.

What you'll be doing

During the internship, the candidate will have the opportunity to support the following activities:

• Support the planning, business development and structuring of financing solutions for medium-sized and large corporate clients located across Central and Eastern Europe and the Mediterranean region.
• Support market intelligence gathering and industry research
• Assist in financial statement analysis and the preparation of multi-year business plans
• Contribute to development of marketing presentations and management materials
• Prepare quantitative analyses and technical documentation to support the structuring of the deals and the Bank's credit approval and decision-making processes

Who we are looking for

Degree in Economics, Finance or related fields

• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Solid analytical and quantitative skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPointAbility to work autonomously and proactively
• Familiarity with Corporate Finance concepts and financial markets
