Prysmian is seeking a Vessel Operation Coordinator for our Milan office to support the Vessel Operation and Mobilization Manager. You will ensure vessel readiness and coordinate activities across mobilization, project execution, and cost control while interfacing with marine teams and the Crewing department.

The role requires a degree in Marine/Naval Engineering and 3-5 years of relevant experience, with strong communication and cross-functional teamwork skills.

Formación

• Degree in Marine Engineering or Naval Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in installation of submarine cable or related construction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the operation coordination plan involving all main Submarine Installation department functions.
• Follow up the operation coordination plan during project execution with focus on mobilisation/demobilisation.
• Ensure vessel readiness on time according to safety and quality requirements.
• Interface with Crewing and OIMs to define vessel manning per project requirements.
• Support in cost controlling of vessel activities within the project budget.
• Interface with QHSE to ensure compliance with Quality and HSE policies on board.
• Coordinate procurement of project rental equipment and support vessels.
