Prysmian Group in Milano is seeking a Logistics & Procurement Support professional to assist the Project Support Team with the release of purchasing requests, call-off orders and intercompany purchase orders. You will help manage shipments of cables, accessories and installation equipment and support shipping documents and customs paperwork.

The role requires a Master’s degree in related fields, fluency in English and Italian, and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Management Engineering/Economics/Languages/International Relations
• Fluent English & Italian
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package
• Flexibility and Teamwork skills

Mansioni

• Release of Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Call-Off orders (CO) in SAP for procurement of goods/services from external suppliers
• Release of Intercompany Purchase Orders (I/C PO) for internal Prysmian Group needs
• Release of Order Confirmations to trigger production
• Release of Customer Master Data for new customers and updates
• Support in managing shipments of cables, accessories, installation equipment and consumables
• Assist in finalizing shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, certificates, declarations) and related customs paperwork
• Track and trace shipments and keep project archives updated
