Prysmian is seeking a Logistics Specialist in Milan to join a skilled team focused on efficient cable distribution. You will support bidding logistics, coordinate services, and ensure timely delivery for projects.

The role requires 3+ years in logistics, strong Excel/MS Project skills, and willingness to travel. A permanent full-time contract with competitive benefits and remote work flexibility is offered.

Competenze

• Academic background in Operations - Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Economics.
• Over 3 years experience in Supply Chain or Projects Logistics.
• Fluent in Italian and English; good knowledge of Excel and MS Project.

Mansioni

• Support submission of Logistics package during bidding phase, coordinating services from contractors.
• Assist preparation of Logistics costs related to proposed solutions at offer stage.
• Help prepare Logistics Concepts and other tender documentation.
• Support risk assessment preparation.
• Coordinate with engineering, installation and commercial teams on delivery requirements.
• Plan and coordinate transport of cables and ancillaries to sites or storage.
• Assist requests for quotations for subcontracted logistics services and evaluate offers.
• Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement of logistics flows and processes.
• Implement required Quality and HSE standards for logistics activities.
