COREcruitment Ltd. is seeking an Operations Manager in Venice, Italy to drive operational excellence. You will oversee the restaurant’s budget, P&L, and cost control while leading teams to deliver brand standards and guest satisfaction.

You will mentor staff, adjust schedules to forecasted needs, and collaborate across departments to optimize processes and profitability. English fluency is required, with additional languages a plus.
