You will mentor staff, adjust schedules to forecasted needs, and collaborate across departments to optimize processes and profitability. English fluency is required, with additional languages a plus.

We are seeking an Operations Manager who will oversee key financial aspects of the restaurant’s P&L, ensuring budget alignment and cost control while supporting leadership in upholding brand standards, core values, and business objectives. The role is to drive operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and team development in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Oversight: Understand and manage budgetary and P&L components, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.
