Provide remote support from the factory (Operations Room) during selected race or track events.

Demonstrate flexibility in attendance and approach to work, based on role and project needs.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the mechanical design team.

Due to the very high volume of applications, we’re unfortunately not able to provide individual feedback or application status updates, except for candidates who have interviewed with our team.

In line with pay transparency regulations (Legislative Decree 96/2026), the minimum fixed salary for this role is the contractual minimum set by the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Metalworking Industry (Federmeccanica/Assistal) for classification level C3. We specify that the above mentioned level is a minimum threshold and does not correspond to the overall compensation package, which is determined by objective, measurable and gender-neutral criteria, being significantly higher than the contractual minimum indicated.

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

Relevant automotive/motorsport design experience in composites and brake cooling; Top level Motorsport and in particular Formula 1 experience highly desirable.

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Italian is an advantage.
