Develop and manage relationships with suppliers and technical partners. Collaborate with the reliability and quality assurance teams to address faults and resolve quality issues identified during inspections or on‑track operations. Provide remote support from the factory (Operations Room) during selected race or track events. Demonstrate flexibility in attendance and approach to work, based on role and project needs. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the mechanical design team.

CULTURE AND DEVELOPMENT

Foster teamwork by maintaining and developing strong relationships within the department and across functions. Take ownership, communicate openly, embrace constructive feedback, and pursue continuous improvement. Oversee external design consultants. Act as a role model by embodying the company’s values and culture, and actively promote and reinforce them across the team.
