ALPITRONIC, based in Bolzano (Bozen) in Italy, is seeking a Value Engineering Lead to promote and coordinate value engineering initiatives within the R&D department and drive development for cost and complexity reduction.

You will organize workshops, foster continuous improvement, and implement methodologies to understand strengths and weaknesses of different players, while leading teams and communicating effectively across functions.

Competenze

• Degree in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics or similar.
• Proven experience in product development and validation of electronic devices.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and cost drivers of electronic devices.
• Proficiency in value engineering methodologies, leading complex value improvement projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong teamworking skills and ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical teams.
• Leadership qualities to guide and motivate teams.
• Fluent in English, Italian and/or German would be an advantage.

Your Qualifications & Skills

• Total compensation: € 64.000 - € 96.000 including 30% variable bonus based on goal achievement
