Job summary

Jumeirah Capri Palace is seeking a Valet Driver/Bell Attendant for the 2027 summer season. The role focuses on courteous, professional service, greeting guests, and assisting with arrival and departure while maintaining a polished appearance.

Ideal candidates bring prior experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a dedication to guest satisfaction. Fluency in Italian and English is required; a third language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional, and friendly service to all guests during valet and transportation services.
• Welcome guests upon arrival, escort them to their vehicle and offer personalized assistance throughout the process.
• Open car doors for guests arriving or departing the main entrance, greeting them with a warm smile.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage, provide trolley support as needed, and ensure smooth transitions from arrival to departure.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, including holding a valid UAE driver's license and using communication devices appropriately.
• Report incidents, vehicle damage, or delays to the Team Leader, maintaining clear communication and adherence to schedules.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional personal appearance, following hygiene and grooming standards.
• Safeguard company property and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by management in support of service excellence.
