Job summary

Jumeirah Capri Palace in Anacapri is seeking a Night Audit Agent for the 2027 summer season. You will support the Night Auditor Manager with balancing revenues, posting rate codes, and printing backup reports in Opera.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Italian and English (a third language is a plus), has strong guest-service skills, and can close the day with accurate reconciliations, security checks, and clear handovers to the day shift. Experience with PMS and revenue reporting is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist Night Auditor Manager with daily balancing and revenue entry in Opera.
• Handle guest interactions professionally during the night shift and coordinate with security.
• Record major incidents in the Duty Manager's logbook.
• Ensure credit policy compliance and approve rebates/paid-outs with justification.
• Prepare end-of-day reports including revenue and occupancy statistics.
• Close daily financials and reconcile guest accounts and charges.
• Monitor hotel safety and security systems during the night shift.
• Handover information to the morning shift to ensure a smooth transition.

Jumeirah Capri Palace is hiring through Hosco in Anacapri.

We are on the lookout for a passionate Night Audit Agent to join the summer season 2027 of Jumeirah Capri Palace.

The main duties and responsibilities are:

• Supporting the Night Auditor Manager in balancing the day's revenues, ensuring accurate entry of rate codes, discounts, and other financial details in Opera, and print necessary back-up reports before the system closes for the day.
• Handling visitors professionally during the night shift in coordination with security, ensuring the privacy and security of all guests.
• Recording major incidents and important information in the Duty Manager's logbook.
• Ensuring the Resort's credit policy is followed, conducting Credit Check Reports, and signing off on Rebates and Paid-Outs with proper justification.
• Preparing detailed reports and end-of-day summaries, which include daily revenue, occupancy statistics, guest activity, and other critical data for management review.
• Closing out the financial transactions for the day, including reconciling guest accounts, checking-in and checking-out records, restaurant charges, minibar usage, and all other billed services.
• Ensuring that all charges (room rates, incidental charges, etc.) are accurately posted and recorded. Any discrepancies are resolved before the end of the shift.
• Ensuring the hotel's safety during the night shift. This includes monitoring security systems, overseeing hotel access, and alerting security personnel about any unusual activities.
• Working closely with the morning shift staff to ensure a smooth transition of information, and that all necessary updates are passed along to the day shift team.
