Job summary

Baker Hughes Company in Italy seeks a UPG PSE Systems Engineer to lead system and instrumentation engineering activities within upgrade projects for legacy turbomachinery, including gas turbines, steam turbines, and compressors. You will define and integrate process systems, auxiliaries, and instrumentation across the full project lifecycle.

Fluent English and Italian are required, and a Master’s or PhD in a relevant engineering field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in Mechanical, Chemical, Aerospace, or Aeronautical Engineering.
• Experience in the Energy or Oil & Gas industry.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Lead system and instrumentation engineering activities for upgrade projects.
• Define and integrate process systems, auxiliaries and instrumentation.
• Ensure seamless integration of new technologies into existing plant configurations.
• Support the full project lifecycle from concept to installation.
