Job summary

Baker Hughes Company is seeking an NPD Program Manager for Italy to own a portfolio of New Product Developments focused on Steam Turbines competitiveness and Energy Transition products. You will lead planning, milestones, budgets and stakeholder alignment across Product Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacturing.

The role requires an engineering degree, 5+ years in oil & gas project execution, and strong English/Italian communication.

Qualifications

Master's or bachelor's degree in engineering.
Minimum 5 years in O&G sector on programs/project execution.
Experience with New Product Development process, Lean Principles, and management methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Italian.
EU work permit and ability to collaborate across functions and BH businesses.

Responsibilities

Apply Program Management best practices and develop a program plan with milestones, deliverables, resources and budget.
Deliver results compliant with customer expectations and product specifications; ensure flawless execution from concept to industrialized product.
Oversee testing, verification and validation of NPD till market introduction.
Report program status to Senior Leadership, coordinating with Finance and Operations.
