Zusammenfassung

Baker Hughes is seeking a Testing Engineer to lead unit validation tests for centrifugal compressors, steam turbines and turboexpanders. You’ll prepare, set up and execute tests, generate detailed reports, ensuring safety and quality in line with HSE guidelines.

Fluent English and Italian are required along with a technical engineering background and testing experience. The role supports design of new test facilities and collaborates with multiple teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Engineering/Technology
• 4 years of proven experience in mechanical or electrical activities
• Understand and implement technical drawings (test procedures, wiring diagram, P&ID, GA, etc.)
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Good oral and written communication, teamwork, problem-solving
• Experience in testing activities
• Highly motivated, determined and committed

Aufgaben

• Execute unit validation test, inspection and data acquisition for product/service validation
• Draw up accurate testing reports
• Read technical documentation and coordinate test bench activities safely
• Interact with Engineering and Testing teams on technical issues
• Maintain reliability of Testing assets and support BH customers
• Assist design/construction of new test facilities and instrumentation
• Collaborate to test schedule with detailed information

Ausbildung

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

Technical/engineering high school diploma with 4+ years experience

PLC programming (basic)

Test bench knowledge

Rotating equipment knowledge
