Aman Group is seeking a Revenue Manager to drive room revenue and market share for a luxury property. You will lead pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies using data analytics and the IDeaS G3 system, reporting to senior management.

In this role, you’ll develop and lead the Reservations Team, collaborate with Sales and Marketing on campaigns, and monitor performance through weekly and monthly analytics to optimize RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and revenue growth.

Competenze

• Proven background in Revenue Management within luxury hospitality.
• Ability to develop revenue strategies with minimal supervision.
• Hands-on experience with a Revenue Management System is required.
• Knowledge of distribution channels and revenue optimization techniques.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Advanced Excel with large data handling.
• Strong numerical and commercial acumen for actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

• Maximize revenue by managing inventory, pricing, restrictions and distribution.
• Utilize distribution channels to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Use IDeaS G3 to generate pricing recommendations, demand forecasts, and actionable revenue strategies.
• Review IDeaS G3 outputs and apply market intelligence.
• Monitor competitor pricing, market trends and booking pace.
• Analyze STR/CoSTAR reports and improve market share.
• Track KPIs including Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and channel mix.
• Lead the Reservations Team and drive training and development.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to drive demand and promos.
• Coordinate with Corporate and Regional Sales on reservations and revenue initiatives.
• Chair weekly Revenue Strategy Meetings and communicate decisions.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on trends and forecasts.
