Reschio S.r.l. seeks a Senior Revenue Analyst to apply analytical rigor to pricing, inventory and distribution in a luxury hospitality setting. You will collaborate with the Hotel Manager, Reservations, Sales, Marketing and Finance to translate data into actionable recommendations.

The role requires advanced Excel skills, strong commercial awareness and discretion with confidential data. You will build reports and dashboards, monitor occupancy and RevPAR, and support budgeting and forecasting.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Revenue Analysis and Revenue Management in luxury hospitality.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, INDEX/MATCH and dynamic charts.
• Strong communication and collaboration across Hotel, Reservations, Sales, Marketing and Finance.

Aufgaben

• Monitor daily hotel performance: occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and booking trends.
• Analyse historical data and market demand to identify revenue opportunities and risks.
• Support dynamic pricing, room yield and inventory strategies with senior management.
• Contribute to budgeting, reforecasting and financial projections with accuracy.
• Translate revenue data into concise insights to guide decisions.
