Billdu is seeking a UA/Growth Manager to drive user growth for mobile apps through paid and organic channels across multiple markets. You will optimize campaigns, improve ASO, and analyze ROI to guide scaling decisions.

The role blends analytics, creative testing, and cross-channel execution in a fast-growing startup setting. You will collaborate on performance creatives, explore new growth channels, and work with data to inform strategy.

Competenze

• Experience managing UA campaigns for mobile apps or games.
• Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Proficiency with AI tools as a standard part of work.
• Drive and proactive problem-solving attitude.
• Bonus: AppsFlyer or other MMP experience.
• Bonus: B2B SaaS or subscription-based apps.

You’ll optimize campaigns in multiple markets, improve ASO to lift organic installs, and analyze ROI to guide scale decisions.
