Ruby Labs is seeking a User Acquisition Manager to participate in daily growth marketing activities and operations on Meta and Snapchat. You will launch, optimize, and analyze campaigns across funnels to drive ROI and scalable growth.

The role requires 2+ years in UA/Performance Marketing, deep knowledge of targeting, placements, and budgets, and a proactive, collaborative approach in a remote environment.

Competenze

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling paid campaigns.
• Experience with worldwide campaigns and budget management.
• Strong analytical skills to optimize ROI and CPA targets.

Mansioni

• Execute and optimize campaigns across Meta & Snapchat for multiple funnels.
• Adjust creative sets, bids, budgets, and ad combinations for performance.
• Own testing of creatives for Snapchat and adapt from Meta.
• Analyze performance, deliver reports, and identify trends and insights.
• Develop cohorts by region, age, gender, and interests for campaigns.
• Monitor daily performance across budgets, audiences, placements, and bids.
• Collaborate with Creative Managers to source and test top ideas.
