Shanghai BSF Human Resources Co., Ltd is seeking a Mobile App User Acquisition Manager with a background in AI-driven or utility mobile apps to lead performance marketing and global user growth.

You will manage campaigns across Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other networks, optimize CPA, and collaborate with product and data teams to build advanced analytics and automation for scalable UA results.

Competenze

• 3+ years in digital marketing roles with at least 2 years in AI-driven mobile app UA.
• Experience with EU/US global markets and top app store rankings.
• Hands-on with Google UAC/search, Facebook app ads, and TikTok app ads.
• Proficiency in mobile analytics tools (Firebase, AppsFlyer, GA).
• Strong Excel skills for analyzing subscription-based monetization ROI.
