Siemens AG in Lombardy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive the execution of complex turnkey projects in the medium voltage sector. You will coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing and logistics, while engaging customers, factories and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and profitability.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of project management experience in electrical or power distribution.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering or equivalent background.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate and lead a project team to delivery.
• Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel to customer sites, factories and suppliers.
• Strong results orientation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of complex and turnkey projects within the medium voltage business.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing and logistics activities, managing schedules, budgets and forecasts.
• Collaborate with customers, Siemens factories, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery and technical compliance.
