Job summary

Siemens AG in Italy is seeking a Project Engineering Manager for the Medium Voltage Switchgear business. You will lead project execution and coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing and logistics for timely, profitable delivery.

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering or equivalent.
Knowledge of Medium Voltage switchgear and power distribution systems.
Strong customer-facing, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent Italian and English, written and spoken.
Availability for travel to customer sites, factories and suppliers.

Responsibilities

Lead the execution of Medium Voltage Switchgear projects in accordance with contractual, technical and commercial requirements.
Coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing and logistics activities while managing project schedules, budgets and forecasts.
Collaborate with customers, Siemens factories, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery and technical compliance.
