ABB Distribution Solutions Division is seeking a PMO Manager in Lombardy (hybrid). You will lead engineering projects end-to-end, coordinating customers and internal stakeholders to meet technical, commercial, and operational requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 5+ years in related fields, and strong leadership and communication skills. Italian and English proficiency is essential. Compensation includes a €48k base plus a 5% target variable and productivity bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years in engineering project execution, electrical systems, automation, or related industrial environments.
• PM/PRINCE2/IPMA or equivalent certification is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate, and control project activities to meet scope, schedule, budget and quality targets.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing, commissioning and service.
• Monitor risks, costs, and performance; implement corrective actions where needed.
• Manage projects end-to-end, balancing technical excellence with successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
