Qualifications

• At least 3 years of project management experience in electrical or power distribution.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering or equivalent background.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate and lead a project team to delivery.
• Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel to customer sites, factories and suppliers.
• Strong results orientation and teamwork.

Your role:

As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Electrification and Automation business, contributing to the successful execution and delivery of complex and turnkey projects. Your day-to-day activities will include project execution, technical and commercial coordination, and close collaboration with customers, engineering teams, manufacturing plants and suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction and project profitability.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Lead the execution of complex and turnkey projects mainly within the medium voltage business in accordance with contractual, technical and commercial requirements.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing and logistics activities while managing project schedules, budgets and forecasts.
• Collaborate with customers, Siemens factories, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery and technical compliance.

The total pay range (fixed and variable) for this position is €44000–€57000 annually. The actual offer will be determined within this range, based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
