Voi is seeking a Site Manager to lead our warehouse operations in Turin. You will drive fleet execution, ensure safety, and build strong teams responsible for scooters and maintenance. You will collaborate with stakeholders to optimize workflows and implement SOPs to deliver high service quality for our end users.

The role requires 3+ years in logistics/operations, experience managing large teams, and fluency in English. A valid Italy driver’s license is needed.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in logistics or operations.
• Experience managing large teams.
• Familiar with MS Office, G Suite, ERP systems and data tools such as Tableau.

Mansioni

• Lead and supervise warehouse teams to ensure high performance and teamwork.
• Maintain best-in-class scooter service standards and customer support.
• Plan and structure field/workflow, schedule shifts, monitor performance, and implement SOPs.
• Oversee maintenance/repairs to extend vehicle lifetime and reduce costs.
• Promote a safe work environment and act as safety role model.
• Coordinate with 3PLs, landlords, staffing agencies and local associations.
• Screen and onboard new team members with TA.
