Descrizione del lavoro

Voi Technology is seeking a Site Manager in Torino to lead and optimize our warehouse fleet operations. You will oversee the Turin warehouse, balance people management with process improvements, and drive safe, efficient performance across teams and suppliers.

You will supervise shifts, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and hands-on maintenance work to extend vehicle lifetimes while controlling costs. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Competenze

3+ years of work experience in logistics or operations.
Experience managing large teams in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.
Proficiency with digital tools and data platforms (ERP, Tableau).
Strong communication, leadership and conflict resolution skills.
Valid Italian driver's license.

Mansioni

Supervising and ensuring high performance in the teams, fostering a sense of teamwork and belonging across all warehouses.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and structure the workflow in the field and warehouses, including shift planning and SOPs.
Work hands-on with maintenance and repairs of vehicles to ensure high quality and cost control.
Act as a safety role model and maintain a safe work environment; manage people in our warehouses.
Be the point of contact for external parties such as 3PLs, landlords and staffing agencies.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition in screening, onboarding and training new team members.
