Voi Technology in Turin is seeking a Fleet Specialist Team Lead to lead warehouse and field operations, ensuring vehicles are safe, available and well maintained while delivering a high-quality rider experience in Turin.

You will manage a team of Fleet Specialists, hire, train, and evaluate performance, oversee inventory, safety, incidents, and 3PL coordination, dividing time between managerial duties and hands-on tasks in warehouse or on the road.

Competenze

• Mandatory requirement – Driving licence: You must hold a full Italian driving licence. Licence checks will be conducted during the recruitment process. As part of the role, you will be required to drive one of our company e-vans
• 2+ years of previous work experience
• Experience managing a team of people
• General understanding of digital work tools (MS Office, G Suite)

Mansioni

• Team Management: Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, coaching, and training of Fleet Specialists
• Inventory Management: oversee spare parts and battery inventory to ensure availability and optimal usage
• Health & Safety: Ensure team members adhere to safety regulations and compliance standards, complete onboarding paperwork, and monitor mandatory training compliance
• Incident Management: Record, follow up, and investigate incidents, ensuring adherence to workplace accident policies
• Contractor Management: supports when required the repairs and maintenance in the warehouse as needed
• 3PL Coordination: Daily contact with 3PL partners to ensure adherence to agreed procedures
• Van Management: Supports operational aspects of vans, including installation and removal of tracking devices, but not budget or planning
