Voi Technology AB in Turin is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Team Lead to oversee daily warehouse activities, fleet operations, and battery swapping processes. You will lead a small team, ensure safety, and drive improvements across inventory and workflows.

Fluent English is required; Italian driving license is essential. The role offers a 12-month fixed-term contract with day shifts and occasional weekends, in a dynamic micromobility environment in Italy.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations management.
• Experience managing and developing a team.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage inventory and stock levels.
• Full Italian driving licence (occasional van driving).
• Fluent English; comfortable with MS Office and G Suite.

Mansioni

• Oversee day‑to‑day warehouse activities and fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance and battery swapping.
• Manage spare parts and battery inventory to ensure availability and optimal stock levels.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Fleet Specialists with regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Implement and refine standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Coordinate with 3PL partners and external vendors to ensure adherence to procedures.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and incident management processes.
• Support van operations, including tracking device installation and removal.
