Voi Technology in Turin is seeking a Fleet Specialist Team Lead to guide our warehouse and in-field operations as we launch in Italy. You will manage a team, ensure vehicle safety, availability and maintenance, and support a high-quality rider experience in Turin.

The role blends people leadership with hands-on operations, including hiring, training, performance reviews, and daily tasks in the warehouse or on the road, adapting to business needs while driving efficiency and safety.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in operations or logistics.
• Experience leading a team.
• Fluent in English.
• Full Italian driving licence; ability to drive company e-vans.

Mansioni

• Lead a team of Fleet Specialists and oversee daily operations in warehouse and field.
• Ensure vehicles are safe, available and well maintained.
• Coordinate with 3PL partners and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee battery swapping and vehicle repositioning tasks.
• Conduct hiring, training and performance evaluations.
• Maintain safety compliance and onboarding of team members.
