Hitachi Energy is seeking an experienced professional to execute service site activities on transformers in Italy, ensuring adherence to Hitachi Energy standards, quality, and safety guidelines. You will deliver quality customer service and identify new service business opportunities in close cooperation with customers and teams.

Key tasks include installation/commissioning, routine maintenance, oil treatment, and coordinating subcontractors, with 100% travel across Italy and a competitive base

Competenze

• Electrical Technical diploma.
• Good knowledge of both Italian and English.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role inside Transformers field is required.
• Availability to travel (100%) in Italy.

Mansioni

• Perform Service tasks like Installation and Commissioning of equipment and routine maintenance independently.
• Identify technical problems and analyze them through remote or on-site activity in different Service categories.
• Low Voltage test at site.
• Electrical cabling for new accessories installation and new digital devices.
• Coordinate, prepare and ensure materials, parts and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for Service activities.
• Prepare all documents and reports to be signed by the customer representative; report work done in a timely manner and follow up when needed.
• Troubleshoot simple equipment failure and provide recommendations to avoid future issues.
• Provide recommendations to management to improve operations and customer service.
• Apply safety rules and environmental responsibilities.
