Valentino is seeking a PMO/Transformation Reporting Specialist to consolidate and standardize transformation reporting across the portfolio. You will coordinate governance, ensure data quality, and deliver standardized dashboards and executive packs to support leadership decisions.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting multiple cycles and deadlines.

Competenze

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to interpret complex data.
• Experience in PMO, Business Analysis, or related transformation/finance roles (1-3 years).
• Ability to design, implement, and maintain standardized reporting processes across functions and geographies.

• Monitor progress of transformation initiatives across all workstreams.
• Consolidate and maintain initiative status, risks, dependencies, and benefits realization.
• Own and improve reporting standards, templates, and governance processes.
• Ensure data quality and consistency from project owners and PMOs.

In this role you will consolidate and standardize transformation reporting across the portfolio, enabling executive decision-making. You will act as a central coordinator for performance monitoring, governance, and management information, ensuring timely, accurate, and harmonized updates. You’ll drive reporting standards and dashboards, supporting senior leaders with clear insights. The position blends data quality, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to sustain the transformation program’s momentum.
