Pp Pinup is seeking a results-driven monetization specialist to lead affiliate partnerships and optimize campaigns for growth. You will manage networks, craft efficient funnels, and supervise tracking and postbacks to maximize conversions.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in iGaming/affiliates, strong analytical skills, and experience with Keitaro or similar tools. Remote work options are available with an international scope.

• Strong analytical skills focused on funnels and core metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Monetization & Partner Management: source and onboard affiliate networks and monetization platforms.
• Funnel & Placement Optimization: test offers, plan CTAs, and optimize landing pages.
• Tracking & Analytics: set up and maintain campaign tracking and postbacks in Keitaro.
• Analyze funnel performance (EPC, FTD, LTV, ROI) and reduce data discrepancies.
• Testing & Scaling: run A/B tests on landing pages, offers, and ad formats.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Content, SEO, Product, and Analytics teams.

• 2+ years of traffic monetization or affiliate marketing experience within iGaming, sports betting, or digital media
• Deep understanding of sports audiences, betting products, and commercial models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, Flat Fee)
• Hands-on experience with tracking tools (Keitaro or similar), postback setups, SubIDs, and traffic distribution rules
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on funnels, lander testing, and core metrics (EPC, CR, LTV, ROI)
• English proficiency at B1-B2 level or higher
• Strong self-management skills with a result-oriented mindset

• Publisher-side experience monetizing organic SEO, news, or social traffic
• Working knowledge of local compliance regulations in key target GEOs
• Proficiency in French

• Monetization & Partner Management: Source, evaluate, and onboard affiliate networks, direct betting advertisers, and monetization platforms
• Funnel & Placement Optimization: Select and test optimal offers based on GEOs, content sections, and sports events. Plan CTA placements, pre-landings, and creatives to maximize conversion rates
• Tracking & Analytics: Set up and maintain campaign tracking, traffic distribution, and postbacks in Keitaro (or similar tools)
• Analyze funnel performance (EPC, FTD, LTV, ROI) and eliminate data discrepancies
• Testing & Scaling: Run systematic A/B tests on landing pages, offer splits, and ad formats
• Scale top-performing combinations and replace underperforming ones
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Content, SEO, Product, and Analytics teams to align monetization setups with organic traffic growth and brand safety
