Pp Pinup is seeking a skilled SEO crowd specialist to join our dynamic team in Rome. You will drive link-building, content generation, and platform scouting across GEOs, languages, and verticals, using AI tools and HTML to optimize pages and anchors.

Hitting KPI targets, maintaining donor databases, and coordinating with SEO experts to improve domain quality will be key. You’ll work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with flexible remote/on-site options.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of experience as an iGaming crowd specialist.
• Knowledge of SEO basics and at least some hands-on with SEO tools.
• Ability to search for new platforms with large stop-lists.
• Experience with GEO and language-specific platforms.
• Experience with link-building and crowd placement.
• Knowledge of HTML and ability to use it in work.
• Experience with evaluating domain and page quality indicators.
• Strong experience with Ahrefs, Majestic, or similar tools.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and data reporting.
• Ability to create guides and manuals for team use.

• Knowledge of key indicators for assessing the quality of domains, pages and texts;
• Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Majestic, etc..);
• Strong knowledge of Google Sheets.
• Checking the quality of texts, correctness of anchors, etc;
• Regular updating of results tables and reports for SEO specialists;
• Link indexing check, experience working with various link indexing services;
• Fulfilment of tasks/goals set during the performance review process;
• Control of previously placed links for the presence of errors on the page, etc;
• Creating guides and manuals for team use;
• Strong knowledge of the processes of linking to forums, profiles, comments, directories, web 2.0 etc;
• Knowledge of various email services for different tasks and successful use cases;

Responsibilities

• Achieving a KPI of 200 manual links per month for the company’s products (satellites).
• Collecting, filtering, and reviewing donor databases.
• Replenishing the team’s donor database for the respective region.
• Generating content for existing article submission tasks.
• Checking the quality of texts, ensuring anchors are inserted correctly, etc.
• Registering accounts for each project.
• Registering temporary email addresses for accounts.
• Regularly updating the spreadsheet to display results for reporting to SEO specialists.
• Negotiating and updating the link building situation with the project’s SEO specialist.
• Checking link indexing, setting links for forced indexing.
• Completing tasks/goals set during the performance review process.
• Monitoring previously added links for errors, etc.
• Creating guides and manuals for team use. Creation of a policy for work in a specific region based on crowd-sourced submissions.
