Pin-Up Partners is seeking a results-driven advertiser to manage performance campaigns across major networks for web-view apps. You will work with a multicultural team to optimize spend, analyze KPI performance, and run ongoing tests.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams and hands-on optimization in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in iGaming or mobile advertising roles.
• Experience managing large advertising budgets.
• Strong understanding of major in-app ad networks and MMP platforms.
• Ability to analyze and optimize campaigns to hit KPIs.

Responsabilités

• Daily management of networks like Unity, Moloco, Liftoff and Mintegral.
• Launch and scale performance campaigns for web-view apps.
• Collaborate with media buying, design, finance and tech teams daily.
• Set up campaigns in tracking systems and monitor performance.
• Regular reporting on traffic and ad spend; analyze results.
• Design and run A/B tests to drive improvements.
• Contribute to a fast-growing business with a multicultural team.

• Understanding of the iGaming market with 2+ year of relevant experience
• Experience managing large advertising budgets
• Strong understanding of major in-app advertising networks, including Unity, Moloco, AppLovin, and Liftoff
• Experience working with MMP platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, and others
• Ability to analyze and optimize advertising campaigns to achieve target KPIs
• Basic knowledge of tracking systems such as Keitaro/Binom
• Fluent Ukrainian or Russian, English level B1 or higher
• Basic knowledge of mobile app rental services
