Pin-Up Partners is seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Specialist to drive monetization for iGaming audiences. You will source and onboard networks, optimize funnels, and set up robust tracking with Keitaro to maximize EPC, ROI, and LTV.

The role requires 2+ years in traffic monetization or affiliate marketing, strong analytical skills, and English proficiency. Remote-friendly with international collaboration across teams.

Formación

• 2+ years of traffic monetization or affiliate marketing experience in iGaming, sports betting or digital media.
• English proficiency at B1–B2 level or higher.
• Strong self-management and result-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Monetization & Partner Management: Source, evaluate, and onboard affiliate networks and monetization platforms.
• Funnel & Placement Optimization: Select and test offers by GEOs and events; plan CTA placements and creatives.
• Tracking & Analytics: Set up and maintain campaign tracking, traffic distribution, and postbacks in Keitaro or similar tools.
• Analyze funnel performance (EPC, FTD, LTV, ROI) and resolve data discrepancies.
• Testing & Scaling: Run systematic A/B tests on landing pages, offers, and ad formats.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Content, SEO, Product and Analytics teams to align monetization with organic growth.

Required Experience

• 2+ years of traffic monetization or affiliate marketing experience within iGaming, sports betting, or digital media
• Deep understanding of sports audiences, betting products, and commercial models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, Flat Fee)
• Hands‑on experience with tracking tools (Keitaro or similar), postback setups, SubIDs, and traffic distribution rules
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on funnels, lander testing, and core metrics (EPC, CR, LTV, ROI)
• English proficiency at B1–B2 level or higher
• Strong self-management skills with a result-oriented mindset

Will be a plus

• Publisher-side experience monetizing organic SEO, news, or social traffic
• Working knowledge of local compliance regulations in key target GEOs
• Proficiency in French

Responsibilities

• Monetization & Partner Management: Source, evaluate, and onboard affiliate networks, direct betting advertisers, and monetization platforms
• Funnel & Placement Optimization: Select and test optimal offers based on GEOs, content sections, and sports events. Plan CTA placements, pre‑landings, and creatives to maximize conversion rates
• Tracking & Analytics: Set up and maintain campaign tracking, traffic distribution, and postbacks in Keitaro (or similar tools)
• Analyze funnel performance (EPC, FTD, LTV, ROI) and eliminate data discrepancies
• Testing & Scaling: Run systematic A/B tests on landing pages, offer splits, and ad formats
• Scale top‑performing combinations and replace underperforming ones
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Content, SEO, Product, and Analytics teams to align monetization setups with organic traffic growth and brand safety
