Jobgether is partnering with a client in Italy to recruit a Traffic (User Acquisition) Team Lead for a fully remote, globally distributed team. You will lead multi‑channel growth strategies across PPC and affiliate channels, mentor PPC and Affiliate Managers, and own budget decisions while hands-on optimizing campaigns and tracking infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Hands-on PPC management and affiliate management experience.
• Experience leading or managing a growth or traffic team.
• Strong KPI focus and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with multi-channel growth and remote collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Lead PPC and Affiliate Managers and set testing roadmaps.
• Oversee budgets across PPC and affiliate channels with optimization.
• Analyze campaigns and funnels; improve attribution and tracking.
• Negotiate partnerships and expand traffic sources.
• Mentor team and ensure accountability and growth.
• Develop and forecast performance metrics and weekly reports.
• Maintain tracking integrity across GA4, Mixpanel, and affiliates.
• Ensure high-quality traffic and prevent fraud.
• Communicate results and risks to stakeholders.
• Drive automation and structured experimentation.
